Hello! I am interested in joining an active band as a bassist and background/harmony singer. I am currently the bassist for a contemporary Christian rock worship team and I am working on my second EP of original songs. I accompany local musicians and I have a solo acoustic act where I perform a mixture of original material and covers around town a few times a week. Other recent experience includes bassist for a 70's tribute band, bassist for a jazz ensemble, featured singer/songwriter for a popular historical event, vocalist in various capacities and studio musician.
I have a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Commercial Music. I reside in Greenville SC where I offer private lessons in music theory, guitar, bass and piano. I recorded an acoustic EP of original material last year in which I played all instruments and sang lead and background vocals. My personal style incorporates blues, country, folk, gospel and contemporary Christian influences.
