Looking for a band that is ready for a bass player to step right in. 35 Years experience playing bass. Of that, I've been in a variety of bands over 20 years.
I am NOT looking to play every weekend.
Classical experience playing trombone in school for 7 years, including the Clemson Marching Band.
I have a great understanding of phrases, musical concepts, languages and techniques.
I read music (both clefs) and have perfect (absolute) pitch, which encompasses ID'ing & re-creating a musical note without a reference tone.
Technical & notesy bass player, I play everything from Earth, Wind and Fire to Rush and Metallica.
I can learn up to 10 songs a day, very quick learner & retainer of what's played.
