I've had this idea to start a Bob Dylan (and Friends) tribute band for many years. I'm hoping to find local musicians that are Dylan fans to make something work. It could be as few as 2-3 pieces or a full band depending on interest. Ideally we'd put our own spin on many of the Dylan songs and also play songs by artists connected with Dylan (Wilburys, Petty, Harrison, Johnny Cash, The Band, Dead, etc).
I'm mostly a rhythm guitarist but can handle most keyboard and bass parts too if there are other multi instrumentalists in the band. I have a drummer who is also a good lead vocalist. He would likely only want to play drums part time.
