ABOUT

I have played about every style and drum out there and started drumming when I was 5 years old, joined a school band at 10, was performing for audiences at 13 and teaching in studio by 17.

I'm looking for professional players/groups with the discipline to bring quality performance to premier performance venues.

I dig RnB, funk, jazz, Motown, Latin, classic 60's 70's and 80's and current greats, and am looking to play at a high performance level at the best gigs. I'm available for full time work or as a sub when your regular member is unavailable or on break. Check out my videos on this site with the band I managed several years ago, Urban Roots. I'm looking for other seasoned musicians
- with 15+ yrs minimum experience of performance and formal music training on your instrument,
- who have the chops capable of playing high end funk, jazz, pop, and blues,
- who are disciplined for success while fun to work with, and
- who are flexible with their time and interested in high quality musical performance.

If you:
1. Are willing to rehearse weekly or when needed to develop a strong show;
2. Are reasonable, flexible, and willing to share the cost and effort;
3. Want to play only better venues for $200 and up per night/player, and
4. Want to play the music noted above, then we have the secret ingredients for success!
