I've actually been playing for 37 years. I can play by ear, Nashville Numbers, or chord charts. I do NOT read music. I am currently playing in my church's praise band, but i am interested in playing more. I am a christian, but not the overbearing type.( I am not going to criticise everyone else for not being like me)I have plaayed mostly contemporary christian and traditional christian music, but would like to expand my horizons. Ihave plyed southern rock, traditional rock and country at home and band practices,(goofing off)Iplay 4,5,&6 string fretted and fretless basses.
