I have been playing guitar sincenI was 14. In and out of some music projects and bands since the age of 15, and primarily play punk, metal, and hard rock, but have jammed jazz and funk as well. I pretty much enjoy everything from Bach to Rock, including some country and blues/jazz/MOTOWN. My favorite music to play is Hard Rock and Punk, but always mellow out with jazz/blues to keep a balance and harmony going.
I have played in some successful bands over the years in the Metropolitan Detroit area in Michigan, most notably Lung Cheeze back in the mid 1980's (Hardcore PUNK scene in Detroit, Flint, and Ann Arbor, Michigan), and HINGE in the mid 1990's (Alternative Rock/Grunge, Detroit/Ann Arbor, Michigan), with a full album release on PAVEMENT MUSIC, Sony/BMG-ASCAP. "Accidental Meeting Of Minds" is available on be free of charge, or for purchase on EbAY, Discogs, Amazon, and elsewhere. HINGE also has a 7" E.P. on Bitter Youth Organization Records, Detroit area based Independents Record Label which is extremely rare and hard to find. HINGE also has a song on the NMS Compilation Sampler "THE MOST FAMOUS BANDS YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF" back in the early 1990's, also hard to find as it was a promotional item from the now defunct NEW MUSIC SEMINAR in New York, which was replaced by CMJ and South BY Southwest in Austin, TX.
