ABOUT

I have been in several bands--I play rhythm guitar and some slide, I play some keyboards and I'm a vocalist. I humbly submit that people have compared me to Bonnie Raitt, Janis Joplin, Melissa Etheridge and Debbie Davies. I am looking for a bass player who would like to perform standard blues, jazz, funk and is interested in originals as well. Many and diverse--too many to mention, but here's an idea: Bonnie Raitt, Ella Fitzgerald, Robben Ford, Koko Taylor, Willie Dixon, jazz standards, James Brown, plus hundreds of the bands I grew up with in the '60s and '70s (some of my faves are Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, Allman Brothers, Al Green, Heart, Ray Charles...)

EQUIPMENT

I have PA system. I have a rehearsal space as well. I have recording software and have created a CD from it. I usually play a fender strat at gigs but I have various other guitars to choose from.
