Basically I want to play in an original music rock band that will sound like some kind of mash up of the bands I've listed in my influences. For me the early to mid 90's is one of the best periods of rock music ever, and everything I have ever played has had strong roots in that era. And just to put it out there, I'm up for doing a few covers here and there as well as long as it makes sense.

Influences
Nirvana, Deftones, Incubus, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins, The Doors, Brand New (their less Emo stuff anyway), Local H, Verbena...lots of other bands of course but those are the first ones that came to mind.

EQUIPMENT
I have recording equipment, I have my own PA, several guitars, a bass and even a drum set (though I'm not really looking to play drums in a band). All my equipment is decent and plenty loud.
