BASSIST/Vocalist looking to join or form or join high energy cover/variety band.
I have prior stage experience in multiple bands (cover & original). Would love to play with experienced musicians, and have a good time while doing it. Looking to have fun, play 'music' as a group. Don't mind playing some 'standards', but noreally want to play the hits that other bands don't.
I have professional attitude, energetic stage presence, and making money is not a prime motivation (I have a regular job for that), that doesn't mean I don't want to get paid though.
I also have lead vocal ability, but prefer to share singing duty with another singer if possible.
I typically use IEM's when playing, and use pro gear.

Influences
These are not necessarily influences but type of songs and bands I'd like to play.
The killers, Talking Heads, 80s New Wave, Franz Ferdinand, Earth Wind and Fire, Hair metal. Alternative, rock, Jackson Five, Classic rock, Duran Duran, Garbage, The Police, modern rock, pop punk, Pop, Dance, Disco, hard rock, country. anything that is upbeat, that gets people to dance, is a often overlooked hit, and/or is a sing along type song.
