My name is Jenna (aka DJ MissDirection) I am primarily looking for a vocalist. I write electronic music (Trance, Breaks and House mostly... but I also like jazzy DnB). I would also be open to working together in a group of other electronic musicians to produce a band. I'm beyond being tired of the 9-to-5 and ready to make my passion my vocation. Influences
Wow... that's hard to really express ... I am heavily influenced by classical and country (oddly enough). They are both genres of great emotion. The lyrics I write are often very emotional as well. Style-wise, I've been influenced by BT, Hybrid, The Crystal Method and DJ Infiniti. Musically: John Williams, Holst, Mozart and Lee Jackson. Lyrically: BT, Olive, Silverblue, Elton John, Alanis Morrisette and many others.
EQUIPMENT
I primarily use Ableton for my work with an M-Audio key-station.
