I've made my living in music (Drums, Vocals, Writing,) for 30+ years. I am no longer trying to earn a living in music.
I'm seeking a band that plays covers, originals or a mix.
I practice on Drums, Voice, and Piano every day. When it comes to REHEARSING I prefer a minimum of once a week or more depending upon how prepared we are for near term performances.

Hi everyone! International Blues Great, Johnny Burgen taps me whenever he comes through the Southwest. The ubiquitious JD Sipe on bass. Our performance will be Saturday March 23rd at Marble Brewery Downtown, Abuqueque NM. Call the venue for exact starting time.
This will be a challenging gig. No rehearsal. JD and I are emailed the YouTube links to most of the tunes we'll be playing and from there it's up to us to prepare. In my case I'm an expert transcriber. I can chart drum parts and vocal parts (when I'm asked to sing) thoroughly and professionally in very short order. Johnny will also be calling songs from his vast collection, as the mood strikes him, and it will be up to JD and I to handle those surprises. I'm not compaining. This will be fun! I'll be showing up with my charts and 40 years of experience. Please say "hello" if you can make it to this performance.
