BIO: Prezident
Prezident Monstar Dukatti, aka Platinum, born Robert Oyer, has been a musician since 1993. Raised in Myrtle Beach until 1992, he then moved to Columbia SC. It was here he first started "Freestyling". After a school year there, his Grandmother moved the family to a small town named Society Hill, SC. He attended Darlington Middle and High School before getting arrested in 1997. After he was released he did not return to school. He chose instead to move back to his hometown of Myrtle Beach. It was there that he really got deep into the music scene. However after finding out his then girlfriend was pregnant, he robbed a drug dealer that ended up being an undercover police. He was sentenced and did 4 years in Turbeville Correctional Institution. During those four years he was able to practice endlessly sharpening his delivery and writing skills. He also became very good at "Battle Rapping" having lost only 4 times in the 4 years he was there. He went on to defeat all that had beaten him and never lost again. He was finally released in July of 2002, and returned to his grandmothers house in Society Hill. Under his parole conditions he was required to go to Vocational Rehab. It was there that he met his wife Kia. The 2 of them along with his lil brother Frost, moved down to Myrtle Beach to start persuing his music career. He won several battles at Club Tribeca solidifing his name in the Local scene. After several months Kia became pregnant and Frost got locked up. This ended his stay in Myrtle Beach. Kia and him would eventually end up in South Park Apts in Hartsville SC, where they remained until 2008. Through these years Prez aka Platinum formed and started his own underground Record label by the name of ACA Enterprises. Taking on the role of Engineer, he recorded his first two albums on his own. The only role he didn't play in the studio was beatmaker. Everything else from vocal recording to mixing and mastering he did hisself. In 2003 his first child Domeniko, was born, immediately followed 11 months later by his daughter Atlantis Angel. Atlantis was born with his talent and started featuring on tracks at the early age of 2 years old. "Plat" then decided that he should move to a bigger city to help with the marketing and promo sides of the business. He decided on Charleston, where he rebranded his label and named it Monster Squad MC. Here, he as well as Atlantis, did several live shows and performances. He also worked with about 30 other local artists throughout the years, once again solidifying his stance in the underground scene. After 10 years there, he decided to move back to the country. The internet made it possible for artists in the remotest of places to be heard, making the move easy for him. Before leaving, his label, Monster Squad MC, was nominated for Record Label of the Year. He returned to Darlington County in 2015 and is still putting out music everyday. He also started dabbling in New Age Country an pop, to help promote the Unity of Musical Genres, which could help lead to the Unity of different Cultures and Colors, his ultimate goal. At this point being he wasn't just a Rapper he pioneered a new Genre of Music called:Moto-Muzik, which by definition is the mixture of the 4 main genres into one Culture Unifying Genre. Its purpose is to promote unity and end racism and biasedness.
