ABOUT

Forming a new band who's goal is to get work and be in demand for good-paying gigs at the better clubs and festivals in DC, Maryland, and Virginia; and to have a lot of fun doing it!! Experienced male bass player and female lead vocalist looking for talented, experienced musicians to complete the band line-up. No drugs or drama. Dedicated and secure non-smoking rehearsal space is located in Fredericksburg. Need keyboardist, rhythm/lead guitarist, and drummer at minimum. Horns, harmonica, percussion will also be considered as additional instrumentation. Must be responsible and mature with own equipment (drum set is available at the studio for auditions) and transportation, and be willing to travel within the area for gigs. Vocal ability is welcome and preferred but not required. We have our full-time day jobs but are committed to this project and expect members to be equally committed. Anticipate rehearsal once a week and gigs from 2 to 6 times a month. Material covered will be varied and geared toward the band goals described above.
