SEEKING COLLABORTOR/COMPOSER - Hello, I am a female wannabe singer with lots of lyrics written and no tunes to put them to. I am working with a vocal coach and would love anywhere from one musician who can play piano AND guitar to a whole band. Would love to be in a band where we all work together to put songs together and even do a few covers that work for my voice and where an audience can SEE the passion I sing with. So.. looking for Pianists/Lead Guitarists++ who can also come up with ripping bass lines! I like a little edge, think Lita Ford's riff in Neon Angels. I love P!Nk and am highly influenced by her, Joan Jett, Stevie Nicks. I can sing Dio songs and wouldn't mind doing some covers for fun - but not the same old same, old covers - must be willing to work with my voice on songs that work for me as a singer.
But mostly I have original lyrics so songs to put together. They need melody, harmony, riffs and beats, yo! Looking for a not so serious musician who can come up with riffs, melodies, bridges and backgrounds/duets. I dont want to take it so seriously other than getting the songs we write down, a few live shows would be fun and maybe videos up on be. HELP!?! P!NK, Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac, Melanie Safka, Allanis Morrisette, The Runaways, Joan Jett, Lita Ford, All classic rock, I even like some rap and country. Classics mostly but also love newer stuff, only that is REAL like Pink or Adele. Rock n roll also. I love Dio and all the old 80s hair bands, back to the 60s n most fave the 70s. Even some type of comedy music or parody be channel would be worth a project to work on. I wanna make music, its so bottled up in me. Im trying to find likeminded others to unlock the creativity!
