I love the cello and have played in orchestras and small ensembles throughout my high school and college experience as a pasttime. While cello is my main squeeze, I've recently been "fiddling" around with the violin (pun intended) and can sometimes squeak out a tune if I practice really hard :) I miss making music with others and am looking for a group to play with.

Influences
My favorite classical composers coincidentally tend to have last names that start with the letter "b," but it's not a requirement: Beethoven, Bach, Brahms. I also like Tchaikovsky.
A few favorite bands/artists that make me want to be a bluegrass/folk music mama include: Nickel Creek, Sara Jarosz, and Crooked Still.
My favorite bands as of the last few months are: fun. and Crash Kings.
