ABOUT

I've been journaling and playing acoustic and electric guitar seriously for roughly 3 years now. But I've been messing around on an acoustic guitar for over 10 years and now that I've started playing on electric I'm learning amazing tricks that you can do with feedback and effects.

Influences

My influences are NOFX, Bad Religion, The Misfits, The Descendants, No Use For A Name, lagwagon, Bob Dylan, the mountain goats, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Beatles, sublime, Less Than Jake, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Alkaline Trio, and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. Most of my favorite artists are from the West Coast and I think it's just a coincidence but all the artist that I used to listen to in the 90s are on Fat Mike from Nofx's label "Fat Wreckchords"

EQUIPMENT

I have a vintage reissued Squier Jaguar a Washburn acoustic guitar a Ibanez active EQ bass guitar a ukulele from Marshall and Amanda Lynn from Marshall and a blues harp harmonica. I pump my electrics into a 10 in Marshall practice amp with four onboard effects as also it has a virtual headphone button which messes with the frequencies but I never use it to plug in headphones. I also have a overdrive pedal and lots of little trinkets I've picked up over the years. I use apps on my phone to come up with drum beats and background music for anything I can't play myself. My computer broke down permanently so I don't have pro tools or anything like that. But I still get by. I want to build guitars professionally at some point.
