ABOUT US:
We are a female lead singer and a lead guitarist seeking a keyboardist for a new pop/dance cover band! Our goal is to play private/corporate events, weddings, festivals, etc., as opposed to being a bar band. We plan to cover mostly pop/dance songs, as well as a variety of rock, R&B, oldies, and ballads, depending on the venue. Pop/dance artists include: Maroon 5 (Moves Like Jagger), Cee Lo (Forget You), Rihanna (We Found Love), Adele (Someone Like You). We have a free rehearsal space on the northside of Chicago. We practice once per week, on Sundays. We are dedicated, laid back, drug free, friendly musicians who would really like to have fun with this!
KEYBOARD PLAYER NEEDED:
Seeking a talented keyboard player who can quickly learn basic chord progressions and improvise occasionally, as needed. Our ideal candidate would be between the ages of 24-38. Will need his/her own gear. We practice once per week, so we need someone who is motivated to learn and stay on top of the material on his/her own.
