I am looking to START A BAND in the Chester County area.
I am primarily a rhythm guitarist (also proficient on lead, bass & drums).
I am looking for like minded musicians who can rehearse once a week and eventually gig out 1 or 2 times a month.
I am looking for a KILLER lead guitarist. A guitar player that is not only proficient on lead but when a classic cover song has a classic lead that the audience knows and expects, can deliver note for note.
The other make up of the band would be a solid bass player, a good time keeper on drums, a good keyboard player and one maybe two lead singers (guy & girl or girl & girl).
The music will be made up of 20% 1960's , %30 1970's , 30% 1980's and 20% 1990's,2000's.
Also, would like the band to play 25% acoustic (12 string and 6 string acoustic and or electric and or 2 6 string acoustics). I figure that in a 15 song set list, 3-5 songs will be acoustic.
