Been singing in some capacity as long as I can remember. I was lead vocalist for an original gigging band in Boston in the early 2000s. I am a board certified music therapist working with children for over almost 20 years, and I am now finding that I NEED to start singing for myself again! Would love to try out varied musical situations/genres and see what may fit.

Influences
extremely varied, in my car right now is Foo Fighters, Adele, Black Keys, Modest Mouse, Portishead, Sia, Mackelmore, Beatles, Regina Spektor, Taylor Swift (I have kids), Nina Simone, Emmylou Harris, and Brian Setzer.
I grew up a child of 80s music and hair bands, did the 90s alt rock/grunge thing, and yet have always had a hankering for oldies both countrified and Motown. Lived in New Orleans for 8 years and love me some jazz and blues.
