I've been blessed with many opportunities to play with nationally touring bands, track at some fantastic studios, and serve as a worship bassist at churches and conferences across the US.

Genre wise, I've played in everything from worship to improv based jambands, indie rock and Americana/alt-country bands...even played a few gigs with a progressive reggae band just to name a few.

I strive to be diverse in my utility as a bassist, sans ego, and dependable. I love Jesus, know Nashville number system, and am one heck of a nice guy.

Influences

My influences are all over the map. My favorite bands are Phish and the Avett Brothers...but I also love Dawes, Grateful Dead, Polyphonic Spree, Umphreys McGee, Flecktones, Old Crow Medicine Show, David Mead, Wilco, Etc.

Lately, I've been on a neo-honky tonk revival and alt-country kick (e.g., Hayes Carll, Margo Price, Midland, Sturgil Simpson, Johnny Fritz).

I'm not much of a hard rock guy...I appreciate it, but am not really interested in playing it.
