I'm obviously not 97, but what woman wants to reveal her true age?? I'm not looking for a band, but online collaborations are always fun when I can fit them in.......
About me:
I was only 5 when I began singing with my dad's band. I sang in all elementary, Jr high, and High school talent shows, landed parts in a few plays, and continued to do so throughout college.
I went on to play in community theater, with a few leading roles. I have played too many venues to list, but the coolest ones include the famous Tootsies in Nashville, The Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and I even graced the Ryman stage and the old Hee-Haw stage.
I won a Tri-State talent contest for a TV show called "You Can Be A Star", but the show was canceled two weeks prior to the taping date..... bummer.
I joined the band "RIO", which at one point opened for McGuffey Lane; And later joined the band "Loose Enz" . I played the Dayton circuit with "DreamCatcher" and for awhile with "High Note" and "Timeline".
HARMONIES is where it's at! I am currently fronting the popular band, "RoadTrip", covering classic rock, pop, country, blues..... and, I am one of four singers in the "Belairs" (Stage name Lina Bordot) - a Las Vegas style show featuring the 50's and 60's. So now, I am covering just about every genre of music! Although, playing in two bands takes a lot of time and workI am having the time of my life doing it!!!
I have done, and continue to do, studio work - and I love it as much as playing live. I am a MODERATE keyboard player. (I'm pretty much just good for fill).

Influences
My favorite female vocalists to sing are Stevie Nicks, Janice Joplin, Susan Tadeschi, Dusty Springfield, and Bonnie Raitt. One of my biggest influences has always been Linda Ronstadt. LOVE her!
