I love music and the cajon. The acoustic drum sound is so unique. It creates a different but very natural drum sound. It’s an innovating sound for hip-hop, jazz, gospel and R&B. It’s perfect for Latin music. I can lead percussion or accompany. I would love to see how the cajon’s acoustic sound would blend with other acoustic instruments as well. I love playing all the genres I’ve mentioned. I write gospel lyrics as well.
