I am looking for a band to play with on a regular basis. I play mostly by myself these days, practicing and to tracks, but I would like to raise my level of skill in the context of playing with others. I have only played out about a dozen times as a drummer. I played the trumpet middle and high school orchestra, and in high-school and college marching bands, but it's been a LONG time since I played the trumpet. My love is the drum kit, and that's what I'm looking to do.

Influences
My musical roots started when I was a child, when my parents took me to concerts and played music in the home. Those influences include: Earth, Wind & Fire, The Commodores, The Jacksons, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Mass Production, Parliament Funkadelics, The Dazz Band, and many others.
However, after I accepted Christ, I found a kinship in the music of Commissioned, Fred Hammond and Radical for Christ. I still listen to these artists' music regularly!
