Lead Guitar.ABOUT
I play Acoustic and Electric Guitarist and Sing Vocals. Been playing for 50+ years with most of those years as a Soloist. I play mostly Rock and Lite Rock with some Originals thrown in.
I use backing tracks for about 70% of my sets and would really like to add a Lead Guitarist to perform with as a Duo. I'm looking for someone who is pro-active in learning new material on their own, so we can spend practice time on the arrangement and mix.
If you can sing a bit and or sing harmonies, great.
I would also consider other types of musicians as long as the end result is quality sounding music.
Music is my hobby not my career. If you're looking for a professional who can just jump in, I'm not it. But I am willing to put the time and effort in so we can sound as professional as possible.
Must have basic computer skills to help with downloading chords sheets, edit them and upload to a share drive. Must know how to maintain an iPad or tablet that holds your sheet music. Audio editing skills a plus.
NO Smokers, drinkers, drugs or “want a be” rock stars. I do this for the love of music and to make the audience happy.
