Performance and Teaching
Gigs are at high end venues such as the Red Lion Inn Stockbridge, MA, The Gateways Inn Lenox, MA, and Dewey’s Jazz Lounge Springfield, Ma
I’ve played in western Massachusetts in venues that include restaurants, concert halls, events and clubs with several jazz and jazz related bands that I lead and co-lead including a jazz fusion music trio called Trio KDP, a two-horn quintet, the Berkshire Jazz Underground and a jazz quartet, called Inneraction.
I co-led a jazz, funk, psychedelic band with Larry Simon that was called The Soul Jazz Quartet and several duos.
In high school, I performed weekly in a rock power trio. I was the guitarist and lead singer. Later, in my late teens and early 20’s, I performed at many society gigs.
I taught guitar for many years in Long Island, NY. I recently moved to Nashville and rekindled my study of classical and finger style guitar. I am open to playing in a variety of genres.
