I’m looking to find a drummer, bass player, back up guitarist and keyboardist for my new band. It will be a fusion of blues, neo soul, funk/r&b, reggae, and rock. I mainly want emphasis on being able to groove and improvise with proper timing. I have a setlist of songs written but would like to lock down the other band members so the demos include their own artistic choices within the songs I want to record. Im not looking for this to be only me as the vocalist but am willing to sing all the songs if other group members prefer to just play.
