ABOUT

I am a singing/songwriting upright bassist. I write on guitar but upright and fretless electric bass are my main instruments, and I sing both lead and harmony.

I am looking to start an acoustic "groove"duo or trio that focuses on originals and acoustic versions of funk/neo-soul/blues/jazz and r&b. I am currently seeking at least one (mostly acoustic-but maybe pedals) guitar player and/or one multi-instrumentalist/percussionist /drummer. If you are the guitar player you should be advanced on your instrument. Vocals and your songs are also a plus, but not a deal-breaker. Please be familiar with diatonic theory as a start and jazz theory would be even better, even if you don't consider yourself a jazz player.
