I have been in and out of the DC area alternative rock scene for 35 years. I recorded a few times at Inner Ear. In addition to playing bass and guitar I have been studying cello for a couple of years and tinker with keys, uke, and various sizes of recorders. In 2023 I played cello with DC band Sansyou.

Influences
I love many of the Boston bands from the 1990s such as Blake Babies, Buffalo Tom, Lemonheads, Pixies, etc. I am a big fan of DC stuff such as Mother May I and Fugazi/Minor Threat. I have been listening to atmospheric stuff such as Brian Eno, Kronos Quartet, and Zoviet France wondering if there's space to put together something with cello and bass and/or cello and bass recorder.
