Ideally we want someone who has a penchant for trying new sounds, creating unusual sonic landscapes, while also being able to simplify things if the song requires. We're a very dedicated group, we have a 24/7 lockout in Hollywood. If you can sing as well as play other instruments its a big plus

You must have your own gear. Preferably you have a keyboard and several pedals. Our songs need all kinds of sounds, including grand piano, organ, rhodes, wurlitzer, synth, etc, so theres great freedom of experimentation
