I am an avid guitarist with sight reading ability. I have learned a lot about music theory and I have lots of my own equipment including synthesizers and speaker monitors and amplifiers. Jazz influences would be Ralph Towner from the band Oregon Pat Matheny, John Scofield, Julian Lage. I am familiar with music by Miles Davis, Charles Mingus, Thelonius Monk, Steve Lacy and more. The alternative music that I have listened to includes Beach House and Grizzly Bear, Elliot Smith, the Sea and Cake and others.

Gibson ES 185 Acoustic 6 string w/ built in pickup, and onboard electronics, E.S.P. electric solid body and Charvel electric solid body. Roland synth for guitar and Roland GVA 5 amplifier and a Ibanez acoustic guitar amp, plus acoustic 3312 studio monitor speakers, and some other floor effects such as Vox Dynamic looper.
