So I'm looking for a committed studio engineer, who's willing to ride alongside me, and split whatever money I make. They have to provide the studio and transportation for me, for a bonus. And I have to be willing to act as an extension of me and provide me free service and exchange for receiving a generous split of what I make as a voiceover. In other words, a percentage.
