I've been way into the guitar for about three years. People are typically really surprised about my years of experience compared to my level. I can't read music well at all but figure things out pretty quick. not much band experience, but that's kinda why I'm on here. Kind of a Jimi Hendrix style player, with a jazzy edge. I love making riffs and soloing, and don't have a bad time with chord progressions. Can cover stuff well in a good amount of time by ear/with tab or sheet music if I have to. Definitely more interested in creating music though.
