My name is Alex and I am an aspiring musician with an energetic attitude. I love to sing, and in particular I love to sing lyrics that mean something, lyrics that make you do a double take. (Though I listen to 'junk music' most of the time.) I'm not shy, and love working with other people.
While I always sing, I have never gotten off my butt and done anything about it (with the exception of vocal instruction). That's changing now.

Influences
I love Jason Mraz and have for years, he is witty in his lyrics and includes a variety of instruments.He is my absolute favorite musician. I also love Taylor Swift, her music switched to pop as I stopped listening to country. In general though, I listen to one or two songs from each artist.
