Western Swing/Swing fiddle and 5 string electric mandolin player. I also play electric and upright bass, but I'm currently devoting my time to fiddle and mandolin. I enjoy playig and working with other musicians. I am avaiable for touring.
As an added note; I've come across quite a few folks that don't seem to understand that playing "western swing" music is not the same as rodkabilly, or "country." The main influences stem from Jazz. It takes time and strudy to understand any genre of music. If you're fortunate enough to have a good ear, and a love and feel for the music you're playing it shows and that's what I'm striving for in my playing. I hope to find the same in the people I play music with.
