Looking for local jazz musicians or like minded folks for distance projects.
I went to a performing arts high school. Studied vocal music pretty seriously there and at an art high school in Belgium. I’ve played guitar since I was a teen-mostly folky stuff up until recently. Gigged as a singer songwriter and later vocalist in a world music electronic band.
I pursued a different path in my college education and now starting a bit fresh again with music since the pandemic started. Reviewing and learning new things. Working on jazz guitar and jazz vocals now and included a sample of that in the audio.
Currently I sing with Lush Life Quintet (on ReverbNation) and am working on a long distance music project called Bonita Array (on label Marasm on )
So that being said, looking for people who want to jam or make some tunes at a distance. Or people who also maybe always wanted to learn jazz and have some basic theory down like me, and want to work on that together.
I’m mainly interested in jazz right now, but some jazz fusion stuff would be cool too.
No drama and no mansplaining please. :)
