I have been playing bass guitar for about 20+ years. I was originally schooled in percussion and some acoustic guitar before that. Bought by first bass in high school and that was it for me. I have played in about a half a dozen bands. All where actively gigging out. I haven't played out in a few years. (haircut and a real job) Finally have the time to play some music. Stable ride, plenty of gear. I have played everything from Rock, R&B, Blues, Alt, Folk, Funk...even a little hip hop. I'm really laid back and can pull out some flare if needed, but I know what not to play is just as important as holding a steady groove.... quality before quantity. I unfortunately can't singing isn't my forte, but I'll still attempt some minor background if needed. I don't use any drugs, but I do have a few drinks here and there. fine with a sober practices to get stuff done. Also have some recording gear at the house.... Hit me up if you're interested. Ryan

Influences
A pretty wide variety. I dig, a lot of the old Motown classics to some Funk and Pop. Grew up playing a lot of blues and classic/rock and alternative. Some my favorite modern bands are Carbon Leaf, Dispatch, Jamiroquai, Jamie Cullum, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, G. Love and Special Sauce. O.A.R, Police/Sting, Brothers Strut... If it sounds good...I'll play it.
