Sage: adjective, “to know, showing wisdom, good judgment, respected for his experience”. Noun “a plant of the mint family known for its reputed healing power.”

Corey “Sage” Fauconier is a native of Cambria Heights, Queens, New York who currently resides in Richmond, Virginia. He is a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Political Science (1994) and a Paralegal Studies Certificate (1996).

It was during his involvement with 99% Entertainment (Staten Island, New York) from July 1999 until January 2005, that he found his niche as an Intellectual Properties and Contracts Paralegal. Corey is known in the underground Hip Hop community as “Sage”. Sage got involved in writing contacts, party promotion, event planning and artist development. Writing lyrics since 2002, he is Hip Hop culture reminiscent of Public Enemy or early Ice Cube (before commercialism set in).

Currently signed to independent label East End Entertainment in Richmond, Virginia. Looking for a band to perform his original material with him in local Virginia clubs.
