23 year old guitarist looking for people to play with in the Ann Arbor area. Main motivations are to meet people and to have fun. Gigging/recording is cool if we get to that point but its not my main goal. I have been playing guitar for just under a year and am looking to start playing with others. Can hold my own as a rhythm guitarist, and am developing some lead skills as well. If you are a developing musician who wants to get experience playing with other people or someone who wants to jam and have fun, please reach out.
I am looking to mainly play indie rock stuff, check the influences section. Also love metal and would be open to playing some of that as well. Not limited to these genres though, and I keep an open mind.
Time commitment would be to meet up once or twice a week to practice/write songs. Probably starting with a lot of covers at first because I have no songwriting experience.
