Past Events
The Whirlwind Band Annual Holiday Band Dinner. Anyone who has played as a regular Whirlwind band member during 2014, is invited. Spouses and girl friends of single band members are welcome too. The evening will include a business meeting, dinner and jam. The business meeting shall include a discussion of current songs...tenative set lists and songs to learn for 2015. Band goals and personal goals shall be discussed for 2015. Demo cds, first studio album plans will be discussed. Advertising and marketing tools shall be discussed. A spaghetti dinner shall be served. Dinner and meeting will be from 1-5 pm, Monday, December 29, 2014. An accoustic jam shall follow from 5 pm-8 pm.
The Whirlwind Band rocks the house for a pre-Thanksgiving party 8 pm-12 midnight, Friday, November 14, 2014 at The Blu Grouse (formerly The Tiger Lounge) at 412 S Orcas, in Georgetown, Seattle, WA.
Come on out for an evening of live music, dancing, food, fun and friends at The Blu Grouse to celebrate Thanksgiving a little early . Bring a can of food or two to donate to the local food bank and $5 to donate to the band to cover Whirlwind's equipment maintenance and moving expenses.
