I've played in bands since I was a teenager. Been doing as hobby as well as professional. Have toured as lead guitarist for a surf band. Also recorded several records and CDs. I am older but experienced in many genres. I am a member of ASCAP and get royalties for songs I wrote and recorded.

Influences
I am an older punk, post-punk guy. Neil Finn (Split Enz), Captain Sensible of the Damned, Wire, Magazine, John McGeoch, the Cars, Talking Heads, Andy Gill and Gang of Four, Buddy Holly, George Tomsco, the Clash, David Bowie, the Who, Early Robert Smith and the Cure up to 1985, Will Sergeant and Echo and the Bunnymen, Elvis Costello and the Attractions...the list goes on. I grew up listening to my dad's records in his collection. (He was a DJ in the 50s) I am very versatile but I will not play pop country or metal. I played instrumental surf for years as a lead guitarist.

EQUIPMENT
Too much to list. Class A gear. Main guitars are mostly Fenders, but I do have Rickenbackers as well. I don't take the old amps out much because they are BIG and old. I have newer combo amps as well.
