I've been writing and playing a variety of instruments and musical styles for over 30 years now. Played in numerous locally touring bands and have recorded and released various projects and records during that time. I can navigate a home studio well but less well in a professional studio when it comes to mixing and production. I've produced and co-produced a fair amount in the last 15 years.
I'd love to partner up with either someone(s) with similar skills or a group that's into writing and recording. Touring is possible but i'd have to weigh it out, depending.
I'm comfortable in a lot of genres and prefer to mix them but would be fine in one or another. You can check out a recent release at viceroybrown that demonstrates a fair amount of my ability and writing styles. My voice is an acquired taste so i'm good relegating to better singers. I subscribe to the "serve the song" mentality and don't need to showcase myself. Optimal writing/rehearsal environment would be chill with purpose and i like to have a good social time in the process too, if everyone clicks in that regard.
